The hotel uses a convenient self check-in system via a kiosk in the entrance hall. The night before your arrival or on the day itself, you will receive a message with all the check-in information. This message is sent via WhatsApp or email. Please make sure to check both before arriving.
If you arrive before the official check-in time, this message will also include information about how to access the luggage room.
Please inform us in advance of your expected check-in time. If you do not provide this information, we cannot guarantee check-in outside official hours.
Check-out is required by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is possible for an additional fee—please inform the hotel in advance. Failure to notify the hotel may result in a surcharge, including the full room rate of the day.
If the reception is unavailable and your bill is fully settled, please use the BLACK “Check-Out Box” at the entrance/exit to deposit your key cards. Lost or unreturned key cards will incur a charge of €15 per card. Any additional charges (e.g., damages or unpaid services) will be billed with administration costs and handled via our debt collection agency. You will receive details via email, post, or phone message.
