Arriving early? A luggage room is available so you can store your bags safely before check-in.
Your access details are sent the night before arrival or on the day of arrival; allowing a smooth, secure and effortless check-in at the kiosk in the entrance hall.
Throughout your stay, our team remains easily available via WhatsApp for fast and direct support.
How does check-in work?
We use a self check-in kiosk in the entrance hall. You can arrive at any time (before the day ends 23:59 PM)
You will receive your check-in instructions the night before arrival, or shortly after booking on the day of arrival, via email and/or WhatsApp. Please check both before coming to the hotel.
After check-in, you will receive your key card via the kiosk. This gives access to your room and the main entrance during your stay.
Can I arrive early?
Yes. If you arrive before check-in time, you can use the luggage room. Access instructions will be shown on the kiosk.
Can I leave my luggage after check-out?
Yes, only after registering by Whatsapp message or e-mail a day beforehand. We will give you a personal code to use after check-out.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is by 11:00.
Please return your key card in the black check-out box in the entrance hall, infront of the elevator.
Late check-out may be possible for an additional fee, subject to availability. Please request this in advance.
Is breakfast available?
Breakfast is served from April to October.
From October to April, breakfast is mainly available on weekends and public holidays.
Hours: 08:30 – 10:00 (may vary slightly)
Do you have parking?
The hotel does not have private parking.
Paid parking is available very close to the hotel at INDIGO Mijnplein, about 3 minutes walking.
Free parking is available at Maria Hendrikapark, about 15 minutes walking from the hotel.
Can I store my bicycle?
No, we do not have any bicycle parking in the hotel. If we find any bicycles in the hotel or in the luggage room without our notice, we will have to remove it and put it outside on your own risk. We recommend using the secured bicycle parking under Ostend Train Station.
Do you offer Wi-Fi?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
The password is displayed on the back of your room door.
Is there an elevator?
Yes, an elevator is available.
Please note it is not suitable for wheelchairs due to its limited size.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed.
Can children stay at the hotel?
Children under 5 years old cannot be accommodated due to regulations.

Access & stay:
Guests must follow the check-in instructions sent before arrival. Only registered guests are allowed in the hotel
Check-out:
Check-out by 11:00. Late check-out without approval may result in extra charges. Lost or unreturned key cards: €15 per card
Occupancy:
Maximum room capacity must be respected. Extra unregistered guests sanction: €50 to €150 per person.
Noise & visitors:
Quiet hours after 22:00. Visitors are not allowed after 22:00. Unregistered visitors are never allowed on the premises.
Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hotel. Smoking only allowed outside or on private terraces/balconies. Tampering with smoke detectors or smoking indoors triggers fines (€150 to €950)
Payments & damages:
Any damages or unpaid services will be charged. Additional administration costs may apply. Unpaid balances may be transferred to a debt collection agency
Liability:
The hotel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings
Compliance:
Failure to follow these rules may result in immediate removal without refund
