Reception & Check-in Information

Our hotel offers a convenient self check-in system through a kiosk located in the entrance hall.

The night before your arrival—or on the day of arrival—you will receive a message with all the necessary check-in details. This will be sent via WhatsApp or email, so please make sure to check both before heading to the hotel.

If you plan to arrive before the official check-in time, your message will also include instructions on how to access the luggage room.

Check-In

Please inform us of your expected arrival time in advance.
Without this information, check-in outside official hours cannot be guaranteed.

Check-Out

Check-out is required by 11:00 AM.
Late check-out is possible for an additional fee—please contact us in advance.
If you do not notify us beforehand, a surcharge may apply, up to and including the full room rate for the day.

Early Check-Out

If reception is unavailable and your bill is fully settled, please use the BLACK Check-Out Box at the entrance/exit to return your key cards.
Lost or unreturned cards will incur a fee of €15 per card.

Any additional charges (e.g., damages or unpaid services) will be billed with administration costs and processed through our debt collection agency. You will receive details by email, post, or phone message.


Elevator

An elevator is available for your convenience.
(Please note: the elevator is not suitable for wheelchairs due to limited size.)


Free Wi-Fi

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
The Wi-Fi password is displayed on the back of your room door.


Breakfast

Breakfast is served from April to October.
From October to April, it is mostly available on weekends and national holidays.

Hours: 08:30 – 10:00 (hours may exceptionally vary)


Pets & Children

No pets allowed
• Children under 5 years old cannot be accommodated due to licensing regulations


Parking & Bicycles

Parking: The hotel does not have private parking. Paid parking is available nearby via INDIGO.
Bicycles: We recommend using the secured bicycle parking located under Ostend Train Station.


Non-Smoking Policy

Smoking is permitted only outside the hotel or on private balconies/terraces.

Tampering with smoke detectors or smoking inside triggers a silent automatic alarm to the authorities.
Penalties range from €150 to €950, payable immediately.


Visitors, Noise & Conduct

To ensure a peaceful stay for all guests:
• Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM
• Visitors are not allowed after 10:00 PM
• Exceeding the room’s maximum occupancy will result in a fine of €50 to €150 per extra person
All fines must be settled immediately by cash or card.


Room Access & Responsibility

Staff may enter your room for cleaning, maintenance, emergencies, or routine inspections.

The hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.

Failure to comply with the house rules may result in immediate removal from the hotel without refund.
